• I need to return/exchange an item, how do I do it?
    We want you to be happy with the products you order from us, however we appreciate that sometimes you might wish to return an item you’ve bought. We accept any item back for a refund (subject to the exceptions below) or a size exchange within 14 days of you receiving your order as well as accepting returns of faulty, damaged and incorrectly supplied items.

    Whenever you request a return, you will have to check the following:

    • The deadline for returning purchased products is of 14 days.
    • The products must not have been used or washed, or have been altered in any way.

    You are responsible for the cost of returning the items and for your own protection we would recommend getting a proof of postage when posting. Before returning, please contact our Customer Services team at info@beachyfeet.es inform us about your issue and we will help you with your query.

    To return an item for a refund or exchange, send it back to us along with the packing slip that came in with your order, and a filled out returns form which you can download by clicking the link below.

  • When will I receive my refund?
    Reimbursements will take place when the product has reached our warehouse and after we have checked the products are in good order. The money may take a few days to reach your account, depending on your bank and on the chosen payment method. Take into account that, if you return the product within 15 days, you will get the full amount back, deducting the return costs.
  • How do I look after my Beachyfeet
    Soak your Beachyfeet in water and soap for a few minutes. Use a soft sponge (nonabrasive) to wash them then rinse them. Do not put them in a washing machine: it may damage the sandals and soles.
